About Us
Amo Italia is the story of a young couple, together since they were in high school, who moved to Los Angeles in 2022. Located in South Bay Eats, they came from a little ghost kitchen. Gaetano and Vincenza share ideas, dreams, and authentic Italian food. They defend the traditional recipe for Fettuccine Alfredo and use Mascarpone for the Tiramisú. They look forward to having an independent restaurant one day where they can finally shake hands with customers and call them Family.
